At Capezio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring you include the provided packing slip.

  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
